Fees and Payment Terms

  • Priority Recovery - $397: Everything in Standard plus priority queue, multiple escalation paths, dedicated case manager, and account security review.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

3.4 Refund Process

If we are unable to recover your account after exhausting all reasonable recovery methods, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your account and the incident.
  • Confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the account you are seeking to recover.
  • Respond promptly to our requests for additional information or documentation.
  • Not use our services for fraudulent purposes or to gain unauthorized access to accounts.
  • Keep your dashboard login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information.
  • Cooperate with platform verification processes as needed.

5Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be the legitimate owner of the account you are seeking to recover.

6Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees you have actually paid to us.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for any loss of followers, content, revenue, or business opportunities related to account access issues.
  • We are not liable for actions or inactions of third parties, including social media platforms.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. We never store your account passwords.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first through our website. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
  2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation before any legal action.
  3. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • By You: You may request to cancel your case at any time. Refunds are subject to our money-back guarantee policy.
  • By Us: We may terminate services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, fail to cooperate, or if we determine you are not the legitimate account owner.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
